Getting away from crowded areas, I focused on “normality“, trying to give appeal to what’s usually avoided.

The key was looking for recurring shapes and contemplate shadows, lines, materials to combine photos and then generate continuity.

​First I’ve been to Campalto, a small place in the country but just a few kilometers away from Venice.

Then I came back to the island to explore Santa Marta area, far from tourists, looking for similar key-points.
